The class was structured very well. Great teamwork, public speaking opportunities, and information provided gave me several "tools" for my leadership "toolbox."
I would have a hard time recommending this course to an individual who isn't truly motivated to become a "leader." This course, while it is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills, requires an extremely receptive student. Otherwise, the course material is delivered masterfully by the instructor.
